Hi, I’m Joel Eric, a fashion designer from Singapore and a graduate of the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.
I’m particularly drawn to the avant-garde side of art and fashion, and I enjoy exploring the details that exist beyond what first meets the eye. Much of my inspiration comes from everyday life, through observation, experiences, and moments that naturally evolve into ideas.
To me, fashion is a form of self-expression directed toward the outside world. It is a language that communicates thoughts and emotions without the need for words, capable of transcending cultural and linguistic barriers. Beyond simply looking good, I see fashion as a tool that allows people to feel, communicate, connect, and appreciate one another.
